KPL's comprehensive range of CNC machinery allows us to offer a wide capacity in machining from small components up to large machined items (CNC turned up to 1500mm diameter x 1200mm long and CNC milled 2000mm x 750mm x 700mm) Machining plastics, ferrous and non-ferrous metals as well as the more difficult materials such as Stainless Steel, Titanium and Inconel. KPL are also able to machine most of the cast materials including Cast Iron & Cast Aluminum to the customer's individual requirements.

CAD drawings and models supplied in all formats are supported by our own CAM programming facilities. All manufacturing is processed through our production planning department with detailed work instructions issued from material purchase right through to completion of finished parts.

Any sub-contracted processes such as plating, painting and hardening are carried out by approved suppliers and are project managed by ourselves.
