Allow us to introduce the latest addition to our CNC milling section – and isn’t she a beauty!

CNC milling is a specific form of computer numerical controlled (CNC) machining in which the milling movements are programmed into a computer or CAD system before the milling takes place.

Milling itself is a machining process similar to drilling and cutting, and like drilling, milling uses a cylindrical cutting tool. However, the cutter in a milling machine can also move along multiple axes to create a variety of slots, holes and shapes.

How can we help?

We offer our customers a flexible, fast and precise CNC milling operation which can solve even the most demanding engineering problems. With experience working with hard metals, as well as soft metals, plastics and composites, we use innovative techniques and state-of-the-art machinery to produce bespoke components which are unparalleled in their quality and precision.

With the capacity for one-off prototypes as well as batch production, we achieve economy through quality, producing exceptional products which are rigorously inspected.

Our CNC milling service produces precision components for the following industries:

  • Power generation
  • Petrochemical analytical testing
  • Automotive testing
  • Military
  • Transportation
  • Fall arrest systems

The details are in the numbers.

Our expertise and comprehensive range of CNC milling machinery allows us to offer a wide capacity in machining, from small components to large machined items up to two metres in size. We also have 4th axis capabilities which allow us to quickly and accuarately complete radial operations.

Our CNC milling capacity can reach up to 2 metres  x 1 metre x 0.7 metres.

We can machine plastics, ferrous and non-ferrous metals as well as more difficult materials such as stainless steel, titanium, hastelloy, and inconel.
